Work Regulations
and Mutual Obligations
1. Payment Terms

All projects start after
a 50% upfront payment. -
Final files are delivered
upon full payment. -
Payment can be made via bank transfer, online platforms, or cash
(by agreement).
2. Deadlines & Timing
-
Project timelines are defined individually based on scope.

If client feedback is delayed
by more than 3 business days,
the project moves to the next stage.
3. Revisions
-
The number of revision rounds is 2
-
Additional revisions are billed at 30,000 AMD / hour.
4. File Delivery
- Final files are delivered
in formats such as.ai,.pdf,.svg,.png,.mp4,
and others upon request. - Files are stored on Beezy Space
cloud for 1 year after project
completion.
5. Project Cancellation
- If the project is canceled by
the client: The advance payment
is non-refundable. - If canceled after the start of work, completed stages must be paid.
- If the project is canceled by
Beezy Branding (for a valid reason),
all paid but unrendered services
will be refunded.
6. Portfolio Rights
- Beezy Branding reserves the
right to showcase the completed
work in our portfolio, social media,
and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Communication

All official communication is conducted via messengers.

Client responses are expected
within 2 business days. Delays
beyond that are considereda
client-initiated pause.
8. Responsibility for Content and Materials
Client The client is responsible for the legal use of the provided texts, images, logos, and other materials. Beezy Branding bears no responsibility for copyright infringements if the materials were provided by the client.
9. Liability for Printing
Beezy Branding bears no responsibility for third-party printing errors, color deviations, or manufacturing defects. Prior to printing, the client is obliged to review and approve the final files, except in cases where all of this is carried out under creative (author's) supervision.
10. Unforeseen Delays
Beezy Branding bears no responsibility for work delays if they are caused by technical failures, internet issues, illness, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the studio is obliged to inform the client as soon as possible and propose a new schedule for resuming the work.
11. Working Hours and Availability
Communication and project work are carried out during business days and hours. Overtime or urgent projects may incur additional fees (upon prior agreement with the client).
12. Rights to Initial Concepts
Only the final approved version is transferred to the client. The copyrights to rejected or unselected concepts remain with Beezy Branding.
13. Integrity of Work and Modifications
Beezy Branding bears no responsibility for the quality and technical integrity of the work if the final files have been modified by the client or any third party. Any interference with the structure or design of the original files releases the studio from further warranty obligations.
14. Adherence to Brand Guidelines and Consistency
Beezy Branding bears no responsibility for the disruption of the brand's visual consistency if the client or a third party fails to follow the provided Brand Guidelines. Improper application of the final system cannot be considered a defect in the quality of the services provided by the studio.
